Join us in Historic Downtown Summerville for our 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Party in the Square!
Just like last year, plan to test your luck with some classic outdoor games, visit our non profit guests, OR sit back and enjoy some live entertainment with Tip Tap Toe Dance Studio, John Simpson Music, Moonlight Ale, Faith Schueler, Carolina coastline ent. – Tana Dishong, and MORE! But definitely be sure to check in with the local merchants who will each be celebrating the day their own special way!
We WILL be hiding shamrocks again this year! You will have to search for the lucky numbers and hope that yours is chosen throughout the day. We do ask that you only take 3 shamrocks per person. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to participate Last year’s winners walked away with some pretty awesome prizes!
We have some new activities lined up too!
– Gear up for our Best Dressed Contest! Come dressed as a Leprechaun or as a good ole Irishman. At 2 pm, the best contestants will be asked to join Millie Lewis on stage to determine who really has the Luck of the Irish! Winner will get bragging rights and a little extra surprise
– Best Blarney Selfie – Take a selfie kissing the Summerville Blarney Stone, share it to Instagram with #kissblarneysville and you could win a prize from Hanebrink Jewelers!
BUT WHAT ABOUT FOOD?!?!?! We will have two food trucks the The Ice Cream Team and Greekin’ Out. We will also have Simple Treasures in the square with all their delicious delicacies. We also have 18 unique local restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance! Downtown has FOOD!
